Description
This initiator firing device is the device used in conjunction with the DARC Cobb Line Managment Firing System, but can also be used as a stand-alone of back up firing device in case of a malfunction. It is a manually fired device that utilizes 209 Style primers and is fired using a punch guide / window punch to initiate the primer. (Punch Guide not included) It comes standard with a QD head that allows for quick priming of the line into the device. The red safety cap is used to protect from water getting into the system, to notate the the device is armed with a 209, and to prevent any items from inadvertently getting into the channel or causing sympathetic detonations. The CHUCK is a small tool that can be used to tighten the aluminum head to the brass collet and is used to depressed the QD head to release the Nonel once it has been fired. Not using this tool or improper use can damage the head.

Note: Due to the wide variety of punches, sizes, availability, finishes, etc – We are not including one with this kit. It is your job as a professional, to ensure you have a proper functioning punch to initiate this system prior to using it. Proper testing and training before using operationally is imperative.
